Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to amend, remove or exchange orders after they have been dispatched. If you have any questions please email our customer care team here.

Can I be sent samples before purchasing products?
As part of our commitment to reducing waste, we are not able to send out samples to customers. However, we do offer a Try-me Samples Pack which can be purchased here.
What can I do if I receive a faulty product?
We apologise if you received a faulty item. Please email our customer care team here and if possible provide an image of the product and its fault as well as the batch code printed on the base of the product.
