Below we have listed some of the most commonly asked questions but you are welcome to send us an email with your specific questions, queries or observations and we will be happy to help.

1. Are any of your products or ingredients tested on animals?
None of our finished products or the ingredients used to make them have been tested on animals.
2. I am a vegan can I use all your products?
All our liquid products that don't contain beeswax can be used - cleanser, toner, cleansing oil, facial oil, massage oil, bath & body oils, aftershave oil, baby bath & massage oil, baby cleanser & all the soaps except propolis & gardener's special soap.
3. Do you use palm oil in your soaps & if so is it from a sustainable source?
We no longer use palm oil in our handmade soaps, it has been replaced with Shea Butter and we can assure you that all the palm oil we used up until this point was bought from a certified sustainable source.
4. Is your packaging all recyclable?
The board for our outer packaging is from a sustainable source & we use only vegetable ink to print on to it. All our packaging can be recycled (including the aluminium lids & glass jars) & the labels are even compostable.
